    "Frank" beats Sweet Lucy's Smokehouse

    Smoking Burgers

This isn't a stuffed idea but really good. Cheese and then some BBQ sauce on the burger. On top of that put some French's fried onions (The stuff in the can you use for string bean casserole). Really good.

Learning the Weber 22.5" Kettle - Results

Interesting, I wonder, It seemed to work fine for getting the cooker temp but in the meat it was way off. I figured I would put the probe in at the start to see the temps but it read 80 from the fridge. I thought maybe the probe was too long for a chicken leg so I just didn't use it for that.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts w/ Q-View

Just look at all the great food we can add to our bacon to make it taste better. :) This qview gives me an idea. Smoked Chicken Legs - Qview

lol, I intended on getting a tin pan when I was at the market but forgot. She's ok with me using the pyrex as I'm the one that normally washes the heavy artillery like pans and crocks. As long as I get it clean, do what I want.

    Smoked Chicken Legs - Qview

Ok, this is my first Qview. Heck, it's my first smoke for that matter. I used hickory chips in a foil pouch. Learned a lesson on that one lol. You need to seal the pouch and then put two or three small holes in it. I just had the top open like a slot and it was way too smokey. :) The coals are...
