A few weeks ago I did my first smoke! 3 baby backs, a kanas city rub, and the help from the threads on this site!
Using my Traeger PS 34 pellet at 225 for 6 hours using the 3-2-1 method.
I was very happy with the end result!

I’ve very recently got interested in smoking and am very excited to start! Most of my smoking will include trout and chicken and work my way up to more challenging meats, so I’m very excited to learn from everyone.
