Not sure if you guys have had one of these at a fair or festival but they are a great way to have some pulled pork and a lot of fun. Easy to mix it up with other ingredients like beans etc.

We went a little non traditional for our American thanksgiving dinner and had this wonderful smoked duck with honey balsamic glaze - yes, I know I am Canadian, but I will use any excuse to make a big meal and watch football!!!
Smoked it for 4 hours at 225F with hickory pucks and it turned out...
I smoked up some catfish yesterday. It was really nice. I let them marinate in a herb marinade for an hour which gave them a nice flavour. First time doing catfish. I was a little worried they might dry out, but they did not at all. Will be trying again...
I made some smoked salmon nuggets. First time trying them. I was making them for a labour day weekend event. They turned out really nice. I admit that they were not as moist as if the whole fillet are smoked. But, for a bite size snack for a party, this was great and VERY popular. I also made a...
We are in the middle of a heat wave up here in Toronto and my deck got even hotter, while I had my Bradley cooking up these little beauties!! I have come to love chicken thighs on the smoker! both bone in and boneless, thighs take to the smoker wonderfully!! These were boneless chicken thighs...
A friend dropped off a steelhead trout. I am not a fisherman but I was thrilled to get my hands on this and get it in the smoker. I tried a dry brine this time as I usually use a wet brine. I was really happy with how it turned out. I brined it overnight and I was amazed how much liquid was...
Easter was awesome and the smoker was pumping out food for us. I made 45 ABTs, some smoked pork tenderloin, and two fattyies. One I used sausage meat with green olives and mozzarella - YUM! The other was a bacon cheeseburger fatty. So easy to make, yet so delicious!!! I just love fatties. I...
I'm in love. A local grocery store started selling these new mini smokies and they are perfect for ABTs. I took a bunch of pics for my website so I thought I would come over and share them. They sure were beauties...
Okay, so this warm stretch has me up here in Toronto has me dying to smoke every day! I smoked ribs and beans the other day and here are the ribs. I posted my beans the other day. If you are interested in the link to my website click...
Anytime I smoke some ribs, I always like to smoke beans as well. I have made them many times and they may be as popular as the meat itself. Slow baked beans done in the smoker have a rich, sweet and smokey flavour that cannot match beans done in the oven or slow cooker. Recipe for the beans is...
I have made kielbasa a few times, but have wanted to try andouille so I would have some when I make gumbo or jambalaya.
Turned out great. Here is the post on my website if you are interested in the recipe and more info.

So, ever since I bought my smoker this spring, I am completely addicted to smoked chicken. I do it a lot. Either whole, or wings. I usually smoke MANY whole birds at a time (might as well get the most out of the smoke right!?!?). Anyway, I often have some chicken carcasses that I bag up and...
Not sure if many of you watch DDD, but I love Guy Fieri and his show. Anyway there was one day he was at a pizza joint and they made Pulled Pork Pizza. It looked phenomenal!! SO yesterday I tried it myself. I smoked some pork, shredded it and made myself a pie! Man, it turned out awesome! I used...
