Yes I had the same one as the one in your link. Worked flawlessly for about 3 years. I believe it is just the element that burned out, which is 30 bucks online and a 15 min job. But I've been waiting for an exscuse to get the big boy.

I am sure. I pulled off the little window on the back for the element and all the wires will still intact and clean. Just to be sure they weren't damaged any where else I drilled out the riviets and took the back off. Everything looked good.
Well I have 4 butts equalling 28 pounds. I'm going to start smoking tomorrow night around 11pm. It will be cold but the party goers must eat! I'll post pictures on how it turns out. this is the prep work they are in the fridge soaking up all the goodness now.
