Our deck was getting a bit of dry-rot. It was time to replace it with the uber-expensive composite. Wow - what a transformation!

The wife and I are just beginners with our bread making - but we are far enough along that even our mistakes taste pretty darned good! We have never come close to making something as visually appealing as your pics above.
When we run to Lake Ozark - we did find it at Dierbergs.
I think Schnucks carries it as well and we have one of those in town - we just forget to go there.
My economy "Walmart" purchased FoodSaver vacuum sealer will "wake the dead" with its vacuum pump noise - but it has been working solidly for 20+ years.
I now use a LEM MaxVac 1000 (gifted) and love it.
Still hanging onto my FoodSaver in case of a break-down.

My procedure right now his first grind is with the stuffer plate, mix in the seasoning, then freeze, grind with the appropriate plate.

Would I add the seasoning to the Cunk meat before the dual grind and then blend by hand again?
Is it that big of a time saving?
