    I tried the 3-2-1 a couple weeks ago and I did not have a very good result, so I guess the the 3-2-1 does not work for everyone, or I did something wrong that I have not figured out yet.

    So I haven't had much luck with the 3-2-1 method so last night I kept track of my cook times and wanted to share them Put ribs on bone side down 80 minutes later flipped them over 64 minutes later foiled with apple juice and placed back on bone side down (will do meat side down from now on)...

    I have the Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 Grill and used the offset smoker, I kept the temp around 245, after 3 hours I foiled them with Parkay, Honey and brown sugar.
