i havent been able to fill mine up yet, but i think with ribs if you get one of those rib racks that let you put em on their side one could prolly get 20 racks of ribs in there
has anyone taken out their drip pan?
i had the smaller 36" model and it had no drip pan and i was wondering if it would be ok to use the big block without one?
here is the sauce recipe i use for ribs and chicken
i call it chicken sauce 8)

2 bottles kraft original
2 24 oz bottles ketchup
2 tbs mustard
16 oz brown sugar
2 tbs worcesteshire sauce
2 tbs liquid smoke
