    Loving the forum

Welcome Max, I'm new here as well. This forum has expanded my smoking knowledge, but there seems to be endless information. Good luck with any new smoking applications you learn here. Chris :grilling_smilie:

Interested in smoking sausage on my stick burner?!?

I've been researching smoked sausage on the forums and have been unable to identify if anyone is doing so with a horizontal reverse flow stick burner (like a Lang). Is anyone doing so or can anyone enlighten me on this idea? Thanks Chris

Checking in from Medina, OH.  Just smoked some Brisket on my new Lang 48 last weekend. I'm looking forward to many more cooks on my Lang.

    Greetings from Ohio.

I made an investment recently and purchased the Lang 48 Patio.  I received last Wednesday.  Seasoned it on Saturday and used it for Que on Sunday.  I was very pleased with temp control in this cold, gusty weather.
