What temp did you smoke at that it took 24 hours to reach 200? This more scary food wise than the 12 hour rest imo. Are you sure the accuracy of your temperature probe? What is the temperature of the keep warm setting I would think it would be around 140*f

I havent Tried it but depending on your meatloaf spice it may have a small hamy or Bacon flavor at best, might go easy on the salt possibly add some water depending on the texture. Good luck
