I also heard that a charcoal brickette or two in the hopper will produce a smoke ring. Some people on the cookshack site do it. I don't know how safe it would be though, so try it at your own risk. If it looks good, tastes good and smells good, why improve? Oh yeah, were all here in the...

I forget the name right now, but I remember seeing a company that sold a kit to make once of the. It had the door, hinges, etc. Maybe someone will come along and remember the name of the company.
I just started using pecan beause I had not been able to find where I live. I tried it once, then saw that some of the chunks I got were moldy so I threw them out. Goona have to get some more. I really like cherry too.
