Those look great, well done sir! I do miss them and other goodies we always had at this time of year. Home sickness is creeping in again.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays ya'll. :)
Sportsman's Warehouse has Camp Chef pellets & GMG Blended pellets. Cabela's has their own brand and they say they are 100% true to species. Walmart, Ace Hardware, CAL Ranch and Tractor Supply might also be worth a look or phone call. I use Pit Boss Competition (MHC) for cooking in my GMG and...
I have been curing turkey breast for a few months. I got several bone in breast for $ .99 per pound. The Board's Head brand of smoked Turkey is $8 to $12 / #. The flavour is similar and it does have a ham like taste.

A watched pot never boils, and Wisconsin Badgers football is fun to watch! Winter is trying to make it to Phoenix and I am more than ready to smoke some meat. Geaux Saints! :)

I use wooden dowels like mentioned below.
I have never tried smoking premade foods before, besides cheese. I should give it a try.
I do like smoking vegetables and making your own vinaigrette/dressing, the taste is awesome. It works great with tomatoes, onion, garlic and carrots.
