    Well im LOST guys...i put it in at 5am and the temp stayed at 250 the whole time....i checked the internal temp at 11:45am and it was at 170....i was amazed...i foiled it and let it go....i figued it would stall any time.....well i checked it again at 2:30pm and it was at 210....all the way to...

    Well its in the smoker now...a 10.4lber...i rubbed it and let is sit in the fridge over night and put it in the smoker at 5am today....qview will be comming soon.......woot woot
