    I use the amnps on my mes 30 and never have had an off taste...I have never done nuts or cheese either. Are there any burn marks in the smoker?? Like maybe the pellets got enough air to catch fire and burn?

    Wow!! Beautiful build on that smokehouse!! What part of Ar are talking from?? I'd love to see that thing sometime!! If you are ever in the market again for your barrel stove door try tractor supply. I've bought a few there for my shop stove.

    Moist all the way to the end. And the oak ridge sweet rib rub was amazing if you like a sweet flavor with a little spice to it. It's my new favorite...that stuff was amazing.
