I don't understand the "Getting Out of Hand" part.  I too am a veteran and was just giving a heads up.  I'm off to BJ's for lunch myself.

    Saturday spareribs with Qview

My old hound dog (Beagle / Walker Mix) has been eating rib bones for 12 years now and still gets around like a puppy. He only gets 2 or 3 at a time, but he's never had any ill effects. He's one more testament to the POWER OF PORK.

    An A-Maze-N Review

OK, guys. All the great reviews on SMF have convinced me to retire my Smoke Pistol.  It did give me good smoke, but it takes too much attention to keep the output tube clear and adjust the pump speed. (I'm lazy. What can I say?).  I'll still use it on short smokes until I use up the bullets I...

    Texas Chicken chili (smoked chicken)

YEP. NO beans in Texas chile. Looks good, though.  Maybe a name modification?

    Are their any?

The smoker I have that can reach 350-400 degrees is the Masterbuilt Electric Analogue. It's on this page: http://www.masterbuilt.com/pm-smokers.html

    Are their any?

My manual for my Masterbuilt ANALOGUE electric smoker says it will reach between 350 to 400 degrees on high.  If you don't mind another shot at a Masterbuilt.
