Which brand of food sealer?
Which brand of food sealer do you prefer? I owned a Foodsaver in the past but it didn't last long. I need to buy another and thought I'd ask your opinion? Thanks- papadave

What to do with Bottom Round?
Have a bottom round roast to cook. Can it be used for pulled beef or is it best to slice it? If sliced is best can I stop it at 160 degrees internal temp so it will be medium. Should it be low and slow? Thanks for your advice. -

Stopped by the local grocer this AM. (Jerry Lee's) found pork butts in a two pack for .99 a lb. After the success I had with my first two in a NB Bandera I can't wait to try these in my Primo Oval Jr. which arrives tomorrow. -
