    i sell parts for construction(Komatsu) and forestry(Valmet) equipment. been doing this for last 7 years. before that, i was an electrican for 4 years that wired fire and rescue equipment.

    hi everyone. i have been smoking for the last year now, just joined this site looking for new ideas and recipes to make on my smoker. i have done several porkloins, turkeys and chuckies already. once it warms up (i live in central wisconsin), i am going to try my first boston butt and brisket.
