    @tallbm, thanks for that info @foamheart would it be easier to use a sharpening steel OR can I get by using a stone? I use a stone often for keeping my fishing knives sharp

    Thanks for that info, i have some place to start on making a set. The bottom one idk it was in there with a bunch of steak knives, but it was different so I grabbed it out too lol.
