    Title says it all. These wings were huge, delicious, and on sale. I'm going back tomorrow to load up my freezer :) BCC @ 300* for a couple hours, wings were @ 350* for a couple hours. Everything brined. One dismantled bird. Thanks for lookin' :)

    A little late, but I have a FB100 on my WSM 18.5, and it's great. I should've gotten the 200/300. It's my first controller, and want sure if I'd like it, but now I know it's totally worth it.

    Scotch eggs were perfect, and so were both racks. My buddy and his family couldn't be happier. "Best ribs I've ever made!" I'm pretty satisfied with this blackberry BBQ sauce, too. Definitely a win. I'll be sure to post the chuck when it's done. Still trudging along at 167.
