    Camping Smoker

Towing both with two pickups. One with a topper, one without. A rack behind the camper carries the pellit grill and Blackstone. So the smoker would have to go in the truck. A trailer rig like that would be sweet though.

    Camping Smoker

Good question, should have been more specific. I basically smoke about everything. The steaks, burgers, fish do fine on the pellet grill, even a rack or 2 of ribs. But, when we have family and friends out I need to smoke multiple racks, pork butts, possibly a brisket. Sometimes a dozen smoked steaks...

    Wood stove rib eye

    Camping Smoker

Looking for a decent smoker that I can load by myself, and take to the lake. We spend 10+ weeks a yr out there. My lil pellet grill works good for some cooks, but not the same on others. Haven't tried the barrels, but maybe that's the answer? Just another smoker to learn.

    Game time 1/2 lbers

If they're not smoked they're smashed. Big fat juicy smoked burgers make better leftovers, and my favorite. 1 package of limpton onion soup mix per 1 lb. And a shot of whipping cream.

    Only use some burners Blackstone

Haven't experienced warping on my 36" Blackstone. I do a lot of high temp quick sears, then off again. Hasn't been an issue.

    Aaah, a real forum!

Use to have several forums back in the day. Everybody migrated to FB. Different hobby now,and tired of the FB trolls. Smoked steaks are my specialty, but smoke a lot of meat. Howdy
