3) 14 oz cans Hunt Basil, Garlic, and Oregano Tomatoes
1) 10 oz can Green Chili Tomatoes
4) Roma Tomatoes
½ Red onion
3 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons Garlic
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

Well I already have 3 pork butts under my belt and now it's time for a prime rib.....

I will be smoking my third pork butt ever. The first two have been great thanks to this forum. The pulled pork only lasts a couple days with Jeff's Finishing Sauce and his BBQ sauce. MMMMM Good Eatin!!!

I bought an ECB that I converted to propane. After going to a great meat market and having them select an excellent cut of meat (pork butt/shoulder), I proceeded to use Jeffâ€8482s Rib Rub on it...

My son and I just had some pulled pork with Jeff's finishing sauce applied, then we added his BBQ Sauce. WOW! Some of the best pulled pork I've ever had.
I'm gonna have to try this smoking thing again. Next time maybe some ribs or a nice Prime Rib. Can't forget smoked corn either.
Here is an update on my first smoke.
It's been about 3 hours and the temp is just hitting 150. I have been spritzing every hour with a Jim Beam and apple juice 3:1 mix since the two hour mark. Here are some more pics.
