Dropped 2 chuckies and some short ribs on the pellet pooper yesterday. Smoked one Chuck through 140* and dropped it over into a 155* bath for a couple days. The other Chuck went the full ride a was pulled at 4 am to sit in a cooler for a bit. This is what I found when I opened him up.
Cream cheese, crumbled brisket, scallions, parmesan, bell peppers, jalapeno, spinach leaves, and screaming piggy.
2.5 hours start to finish. Great pre game snacks.
