    I went and checked it out after I posted my question. At that price, I'd say babysit it. I've seen fans on some pro rigs, but never a temp control unit like that.

    I guess we're talking about dutch ovens? If anyone needs a regular oven, we have one in or RV that anyone is welcome to use. Also if my new firebox oven will hold a reasonable temp, it is up for grabs as well. I will know more about that next weekend.

    It's about 1 large egg per. If you can get fresh eggs, it's better. They are so much more firm than the 2 month old, stressed to the max eggs you get in the store. I would use at least 2% milk. Whole would be better. I would think even heavy whipping creme would be good. For 12 eggs I guess...

    If you hay or grain feed a couple, you don't need a bunch of room. Get a purebred black Angus steer, sired by a good registered bull. It's expensive to grain feed them, but if you buy by the ton it's not bad. Best eatin' you'll ever have.
