    Looks good man, I am sitting here in Italy and since the fight is on at 0400 I will be up all night as usual. Hoping the BJ Penn gets his mouth shut finally and really don't care who wins the Silva/Griffin fight just want to see a good one.

    If anybody could tell me of a good reputable online place to buy different woods. Being here in Italy all they have at the NEX is hickory and mesquite. I have tried locating olive wood and grape wood to no avail. Any info would be greatly apprecaited. Jeremy

    The top one was 12 pounds before I trimmed it up and the bottom one was 15, not really sure about final weight though, probably about 10 and 13. That is a combination of Jeff's rub, Bilbo rub and a kool-aid rub that I found here on SMF. Had some leftovers and decided to add them all together...

    Well I had two full shoulders sitting in the freezer and decided that I wanted them out of there..... Cut the first on in half because I was not sure what I was doing then I realized that I could just cut out the joint and have a whole on....oh well More to come later.....
