well it's no use here but i thought it'd be funny & helpful- the butterball(not her-the company) q.a. lady was on the radio yesterday saying "once thawed it was still good for cooking & handling for 3-5 days".....now was that handling after cooking or before- go figger....if it don't smell...

another good trick is flatten it out in an oiled gallon ziploc w/ a rolling pin-slit the bag then lay on yer waxpaper w/ yer rub- fold over(w/ 2lb it may be neccessary to ducttape the paper together for the width. (use foil under-the waxpaper will rip)-mash/seal the sides & edges. good luck. i...
well i was saving my talents for thursday but as the wife works an overnighter wednesday & i want lobster & shrimp-i may go out to eat- NOT- i'll be doing a 17lb bird,2 corny hens, & a brisket up & early so i can still get my cowboys game.....all i cooked today was the laundry- like mine crispy....

i cooked absolutely nuttin'- i watched the last nascar, the packers, & the cowboys- but it's great to come on the site for a Qview, a laugh, & just see what friends are up to today......thats what makes this site great.
