    Work is intended to look at SMF. This allows for us to see what others are doing and plan our next smoke accordingly. I hope that they don't block the address for me. If so, I guess I will go buy a smoker and just smoke here instead? Maybe I should do that anyway?

    Last year my wife and I went to a family get together on a Saturday. On the way home she told me that we would no longer be doing stuff like that on FOOTBALL Saturday. My goodness she is rough. I guess that I will just stay at home and watch football. Poor me.

    I completely agree Nitrous, especially about Ohio State! The SEC is loaded. When a team comes out of there undefeated they are doing something. I don't think any other conference could stack up against the SEC. Like I said, it pains me that the PAC-10 is so bad lately.

    As for toughest conference. I am a diehard Pac-10 fan. Having said that, I would really have to vote for the SEC. It pains me to say it, but the Pac really only has one school that will compete for the national championship.

    This truly is the greatest season of them all. You have the fall feeling in the air, then the nights turn cooler and into winter. Prime tailgating to be had by all. The endless optimism of the fans early in the season. Unless you play Appalachain State that is. Dang them sub-division schools...

    I never tried the electrolisis. I threw mine in a self cleaning oven, on the cleaning setting. After it came out of that, I ran it under warm to hot water and scrubbed with steel wool. Then seasoned it.

    I am thinking for my birthday on Saturday, either ribs or prime rib. Tough call. Might just grill a couple of rib eyes though. Unless someone else has a better idea.

    I know that capsicum can be a tough! I took a foam shot of OC directly across the eyes once. I spent the better part of the next couple of hours under a faucet. When I have to spray the OC, I make sure that I wash and rewash my hands prior to going to the bathroom. You really only do make that...
