Trying my first double smoked ham following bearcarvers recipe. We will see how it tastes tonight. Mother in law has a backup in the oven in case I mess it up. Nothing some bud lights and velvet won't take care of though later on!
Looking at purchasing a meat slicer to slice and freeze my smoked ham, bacon, and cheeses that I do. Don't want to spend hundreds, what's the best bang for my buck out there right now. $150 max
