    inkbird IBBQ-4t honest refferals.

Enjoy your purchase. Had mine since January 2021 and definitely have no complaints. It's been dropped, left out in SC heat/humidity, used in both professional and home kitchen environments, in brewing and checking fermentation temps all without any equipment issues. 🍻 John

    Char-Griller 980 Temperature Issues

Welcome to the Forum from South Carolina's Thoroughbred Country. Whole heartly agree with Smokinedge - invest in a wireless thermometer like an Inkbird who is one of the Forum's sponsor. I use the Inkbird IBBQ - 4BW with their BBQ Go Pro app (Apple & Android). They are available from Amazon...

Gas Grill Control Starter Kit from Germany - Should work in the US.

Here is an interesting controller for gas grills that I learned about in an email today from the BBQPIT - The Grill and BBQ Magazine Grillblog & Grill recipe in Germany. Instead of just providing a narrative and the link to the web page, which requires translating from German to English, I've...

Air Fried Scrapple (Best way yet)

That looks so good. We use to have Habbersett or Hatfield scrapple for many meals, especially with fried mush. Been years since Kroger carried Habbersett in SC. I'd walk out with 8-10 # packages and freeze them. Now I have to either make my own scrapple (not the same) or Leberkäse 🍻 John

    Twisted hamburger helper

Sounds like a delicious way to use venison to me. Next time try some stout beer or a beef broth instead of the water. You should find a richer flavor and provide a balance to the liquid smoke if it was too strong. 1/3 cup is not necessarily out of reason depending upon the flavor strength -...

    Using A Web Recipe

Ahh, warm homemade bread with a swab of butter and jam!!!!! If you have an air fryer, you can proof and then bake in the inner pot. I've done this with off the web recipes including a roggenbrot (Sour German Rye/Farmer Bread). It's a lot of fun. However, I still like the old fashion stand...
