First welcome to the Forum from South Carolina’s Thoroughbred Country. I think you are looking for a Bavarian Weisswürste. Weisswürste (“white sausages”) are a specialty from Bavaria short, greyish white sausages made from a mixture of finely minced veal and back bacon stuffed into pork...
Outstanding presentation - both your write up and the plated onions! Got to do that when things cool off a tad here in SC. And by cool off I'll take anything below 110°F and less than 100% humidity, at 10:00 am on my screen porch!!🍻

Those meals are over the top my friend. Glad to see Ya'll survived the tornado outbreaks up your way last week. That was definitely something PA/NJ area is not used to seeing. Stay safe and be careful. 🍻

I only have the MES40 and a Little Chef I use for the wife, myself, and a few friends. Keeps things simple, especially in the heat/humidity we're experiencing here in SC. 🍻

Thanks for sharing. The Bayou is beautiful, similar to our Low Country. It looks like everyone is enjoying a good meal and good fellowship. The other episodes are just as enjoyable to watch. 🍻

Chef, you mean Gravy and Bread or as my Dad would call it … “Dippy Bread” IS NOT A DESERT ITEM???? My one feeling is devastated!. 😂. Ok, I’m over it.. 🍻

Sounds delicious. Thank you for the recipe. I've copied it and given to Mrs. Wurtz for her to make for our next chili batch. I'll sneak some from the Mrs. and make some tater tot nachos.🍻

A beautiful looking meal. The slices looked fantastic. Thanks for the marinade recipe. I'm like you GonnaSmoke, okra any way is fine by me. The Mrs. doesn't like the sliminess, so, break out the air fryer and roast/air fry crisp some breaded orka. Sometimes I'll dehydrate them with some EVOO...
