Ok so last week I smoked pepperoni sticks and ring bologna. Everything turned out PERFECT! OR SO I THOUGHT!!.

Okay I started today at 6am with #15 of pepperoni sticks. While that was in the smoker , I mixed #10 of ground beef and stuffed 6 ring bologna casings. It's now 7:30 pm and they are finally done !!
