    Dwane........as Reinhard mentioned, you are good to go with letting it sit overnight. Many recipes say that if using cure, let it sit overnight to work. Don't worry about the overnight rest..... Brad

    I agree with David. When I cold smoke in my offset the AMNPS works perfect but when I run the fire box either with the propane conversion or wood, it won't stay light. The 18" tube does the job without a problem. Brad
