Veritas. I might not be understanding what you are saying. But with a reverse flow smoker doesn't the stack go on the same side as the fire box? We have plans to do atleast one test run with a whole pig, maybe two. Plus I am sure we will do some butts as soon as its compleate. Jordan- cororumrex

Thanks for the Advice Mdboat. I bought the tanks from some Amish guys that refurbish propane tanks, so he told me how to soak, clean & cut the tanks safely. I appreciate the look out though! No one want a Noob to blow them selves up:) Jordan- cororumrex

So I found my Tanks!! If anyone is around the central PA area and need a propane tank to hold propane or for a smoker check out Nolts in New Holland. Got a 120G/300Lb Horizontal tank for the cooking chamber. And 2 100Lb tanks for the fire box. They were cheap so we bought both. Found some...- cororumrex

I just logged the data in excel and made a chart. Next I want to get some phidgets and actually log a couple differant data points, I want to see if I can log relative humidity also. Smoked Pork Butt Internal Temp Chart
I don't know if anyone would be interested in this. But I logged my temperatures every 15 minutes through my whole smoke. You can see that I plateau around 155*. I smoked in a Electric Red Bullet. Smoked until 165* and then wrapped it up in foil and went to 208* All in all about 13.5 Hours. It...- cororumrex
