Hi folks. I'm thinking about doing a build very similar to a fridge build. Four racks, vertical, smoking at 225 deg. F.
For the heat, I'm going to buy a 220V 2100 watt element from Allied Kenco. And I'll also buy their prewired thermostat.
My question is... with the heating element turning on...
I want to build my own gas grill and I'm having trouble finding the right gas burners online.
Does anyone know a good place to buy BBQ grill type gas burners? Maybe pipe burners?

I'm planning on buying the 5 lb LEM sausage stuffer. Costs about $130 and has metal gears. The only downside I can see is the stuffing tubes are plastic.

I just bought Jeff's rub, and made a double batch. Happily all the ingredients were available here in Thailand. Not too hard to make, and it tastes good dry.
