Homegrown habaneros are the best. I use habaneros a lot. I make a Tomatillo Habanero salsa that is the bomb. It’s always better when I use habaneros from my brothers garden. I need to start growing my own.

First of all a big shout out to everyone on this forum. I got a Camp Chef pellet smoker for Father’s Day and have been cranking out deliciousness ever since. My wife and kids think I’m a smoke wizard. Little do they know it’s because of you guys. Especially Al. Thanks Al.

First post here so be nice. I’m thinking of adding a gasket around the lid because one side let’s a lot of smoke escape.
Two questions. Will this make it more stable as far as temperature fluctuations as well as be more efficient with pellets?
