The wings DEFINITELY could have been smoked a little longer. Yes, the two-tone was a result of the wings laying on top of each other. Appreciate the feedback!!!
Had some time before my night job, so I decided to make some lunch. The meal consisted of smoked chicken wings, smoked corn on the cob, and smoked peaches. I was very pleased with the results.
The chicken wings were coated in my poultry dry rub. Then I added a thin layer of homemade barbeque...
I smoked an alligator fillet tonight. I put on a spicy rub and then mopped on barbeque sauce before smoking
.
For dessert I smoked bananas adding brown sugar and honey.
I got my hands on some alligator fillets, so I decided that I will smoke it tomorrow evening. Did some research and the consensus recommend marinading it in Italian dressing overnight. I will take pictures.
Also, I'm going to make my first-ever smoked dessert! Will keep you updated!!!

Does it install between the tank itself and the gas gauge?

1. Smoke for approximately 4 hours
2. Smoke to internal temperature of 145.
I plan to use a pork...
Need you help again, guys!
I am planning on smoking pizza and ABT's (first time ever) for the Superbowl. Haven't made pizza in a while and am a bit rusty on how long it should take to smoke properly.
Also, after doing some research, I read that I should allow three hours smoking time for ABTs...
