rub and let sit for a day vs rub and throw on smoker??
Hey everyone. I've searched and read a few thing about this subject but wanted to see what you guys/gals think about it.... Does it really make THAT MUCH of a difference if you rub and let sit in the fridge for a day or so than if you just rub it and throw it on the smoker? I ask this... -
