Hey everyone. I've searched and read a few thing about this subject but wanted to see what you guys/gals think about it.... Does it really make THAT MUCH of a difference if you rub and let sit in the fridge for a day or so than if you just rub it and throw it on the smoker? I ask this because.....I had planned on starting my smoke tomorrow evening for monday. However....it seems that I may be smokin tonight instead. I personally don't think it would make that much of a difference....as I like the flavor of the smoke and pork to shine through anyway. What do yall think?? Thanks in advance!!
