    Cooking spray left a built up film on my porcelain grates that was harder to get off than the regular cooked on stuff. I quit using it because it was a pain to remove it after it built up on my grates.

    I smoke @ 275 to internal temp of 165, foil, and into a 275 oven for an internal temp of 205. It's interesting to see how others do this.
