PID setup in MES with cut cord

Yes these work as well. However a lot of the time a short extension cord is cheaper, just depends ya have to look at both. The unit draws aprox 10 amps at full power. so a 16 gauge cord will work, but a 14 would be better. me personally I would use a 14 with high temp 90 deg fully insulated...

It's getting bad - Charcoal Lump Pellet hoarders.

They did this to stop the hoarders from returning it when they needed $. I'm NOT joking here I seen people buying CASES of TP at Walmart, and multiple jumbo packs at sams. When this is all over some people will not need to buy TP for several years.

Need to cook 30 slabs by tuesday 1030 a.m.

Only suggestion I have is use rib racks, or multiple layers of grates. One other thought do them in batches and reheat in oven.

Never, EVER, grab the wrong end of an Amazen smoke tube!

I know EXACTLY what your saying. I had the imprint of my smoke tube on the palm of my hand and fingers.  Took it out of the smoker using an oven mitt set it on the grill, took mitt off to open the pellets container to refill it and then grabbed the tube. The bad thing is I didn't feel it right...
