Well dinner is now a fading memory but boy was that good and juicy. I pulled at 195* and rested for an hour. I sliced them up and served with homemade macaroni salad. I was very pleased with my first try at a chucky, it will be on the menu again. Here are the finished pics:
I went to Kroger in Eastern Ky and Brisket was 5.99 a pound, what a rip off. I did manage to pick up a couple choice cut chuck roasts that are just about ready to eat.
I have had several breeds including labs, my favorite has been the Australian Shepard. I can't recommend them enough. They are great inside and outside the house and very obedient and loving, the also make pretty good watchdogs.
