    Yes. I took a can of Jumex Tamarind canned beverage an a 1/4 cup of bourbon and reduced it by 3/4. Chilled it. Brushed on wings at finish.

    Good stuff though. I finished em off with a bourbon and tamarind reduction brushed on. Soaked in spices and marinade over night.

    Checked the pre holiday " sale" price at our local store. $3.98 a pound on SALE. Boars Head was $6.98 a pound. Same store. I'll wait a few days.

    Hmmm, we checked the mail and no invite. I was out on a 423 mile jaunt on the motorcycle yesterday, family business. No decent food along the way so I skipped eating.

    It tastes like it looks. I vacuum sealed 3 packages for the freezer and held out some for tomorrow night. I baked a flan cake tonight but thats for give away. I give a lot of food away. Builds my business. Happy mouths tell good tales.

    It was pretty good. I used a rub from a friend in Texas and it's commercially available but I had never used it. Chupacabra Rub. Toward the end I mixed up some of my sauce, a little apple butter and grand Marnier orange liqueur. Smoked over hickory and Apple wood.
