did these ribs with a Memphis dry rub, rubbed them down last night and put in refridge over night, I got the out a bout a hour or so before putting in the smoker. Did them with apple wood chips only turned them twice. bones pulled right out of them meat and the smoke ring was in nice and deep...
Been using the heck out of my smoker, I am a Jerky fanatic, This will for sure be my next smoker adventure and will be sure to post pictures. Might try your receipt or use the one I have been using for years minus the liquid smoke seeing as I use to do it in my over for 12 hours.
Wow looks amazing, I to will be doing this but like any one who loves to cook I to will be adding a twist, what it is just as of now not sure, but pictures will be posted for sure!
they were in about 45 min, the Flavor was amazing but they could of stayed in a bit longer, next time I will put them in sooner and leave them in longer!
Made this Picnic pork roast today in the smoker 6 hours of smoking than put the potato's in the last 45 min. Flavor was thru out the whole roast and it was nice and juicy, the crust on it was amazing and the wife daughter and grandson, and some neighbors enjoyed it!! Im really loving the smoker...
Looks delicious Joe, I to new at this and I'm sure we are going to have great fun with smoking and than some failures as well, but I have to say they look down right tasty !!
I like the way you think with the use and type of peppers, I just got my smoker and have some habanero peppers and I plan on smoking them with either hickory or apple and then putting them in my mini chopper so I can use them in chilli and some other things I make.

I used a southern style pork dry rub on my boneless chops and smoke them with apple wood and cooked then at about 175 for 3 1/2 hours and we just needed a fork to cut them and they were no where dry at all.
