    Problem with signature

    Cooking temps on a ECB

    Hey Steve, I have a modified ECB and my solution was to use a Digital thermometer in the meat. That way I can tell how the meat is doing and do not have to pull the lid. Since my ECB has been modified fire control is much easier. I just simply use the temp gage on the dome to make sure...

    Loin Question?

    Jene and I are going to cook for some people this weekend. Pork loin is on the menu. We are going to have 3 or 4 loins approx 8# a piece. I was wondering how long to cook? Would cutting the loin in sections help cooking time?? I need Help!!!!!

    Home Brew?? Advice Needed!!

    Last time that I smoked I started to wonder how hard it would be to brew beer?? I love to smoke, and part of a good smoke in my opinion, is plenty of cold beer. I personally think that it makes the food taste better. I was wondering if anyone had experience in Brewing beer at home???

    Dogwood for Smoking

    Charcoal or Gas smoker? Tryin' to decide
