    i need to modify my ECB!!! im dipping in temps at the same time im hitting the wall. Not enough air flow and too much ash and i dont have a scoop to get it out. i think i got it goin again though but its like babysitting constantly.

    Started this morning at 7 and got it on at 7:30. Perfect temps so far sitting around 230 and 240.

    your scaring me i need to learn an over night technique before i start just in case. i was planning on starting the fire at around 7 or 8 saturday morning and putting the butt on around 8 or 9 and hopefully be done around 6 or 7. im in cali so you know the weather is amazing =-P hope that helps...
