been meanin to git on here and letcha all know what happened at the specialist I do not have an auto-immune disease, I tested positive because of an antibiotic I have to take..so we got that switched ASAP (prolonged use could cause drug induced Lupus) And I ain't gonna die on y'all anytime...

Bear, yur too funny!!! I have been known to swipe chops from BF, When I am in a severe lamb craze and he only gets one!! So now we buy enough to satisfy my yearning and he gets at least one!!! HAHAHAHA

Thanks Hon!!! it was mopst delisioso!!! I happened to think....it was also my first time doing the chops for myself BF normall does them for me but he was doin something different with his so I had to do my own I'm so proud!!! only seasoned them with salt and a touch of pepper Guess I don't...

OMGOSHKES!!!!!! I am so gonna have to try that!!!! I love lemon on poultry and have discovered that I love Key lime I usually put garlic salt in with the lemon but I just baste..wonder how garlic would go with key lime?????

Now I don't feel so ashamed.....

Remember when I "smoked" a lamb breast a couple three weeks ago and it didn't turn out quite "right" using the "indoor smoker" Well now I'm thinkin it wern't me... bF smoked a small brisket last night in it and it "over cooked"/didn't do the tough then soft thing.. SO he was disapointed...

Just so you know....

Thanks Everyone!!! I have a feeling whatever my "underlying" problem is that is the cause for alot of my distress I tested positive for an auto-immune disease last January and am finally(VA redtape) getting to see a Rheumatologist to find out which one(s) Plus being the ripe ol age of 42 I...

Just so you know....

I am not one of those types of folks who joins posts a bunch of posts and then vanishes breifly.... I am very sick, I have good days/bad days and periods of the same such I am starting to head into one of my "spells" what with the extended bloom/polination period and severe rains the mold...

It is an Unexpected Shock.....

Thank you hunnies.... it is a very common occurance..I don't feel well most days just some are worse than others...(I am very sick) I have an appointment with a specailist next month so hopefully will get some answers and much needed treatment Been dealing with it for 21 years....*sigh*
