Not bad,,,not bad at all. Got a few left overs for some sandwiches tomorrow. I pulled it at 147 IT and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Tender and the juices just ran out of it. Thumbs Up :grilling_smilie:

Not just on the egg, but my first attempt at the whole bacon wrapped thing. Mom always told me, "it's not how it looks but how it tastes". I don't know about you guys, but I'm betting it tastes pretty danged amazing.
Got it on the low and slow at about 225-230 with a little cherry and apple...
I am strongly considering the IGrill 2. Bluetooth to your phone, up to 4 probes for different meats in the cooker or you can use one for the grill temp if you want. Check it out and decide for yourself, but I think I will have one of these in the near future.
