    I am a Mesquite man, tried, tested & true.  I like cherry on my poultry but when it comes to da beef, I love my Mesquite.

    Looks pretty good.  I was wondering if you cut against the grain or is it just my eyes.  Other than that, I think whenever you have two pieces of beautiful meat, you should try two different methods of prep.  Just my $0.02

    Sometimes I get envious of those who can use flavored tree logs to smoke their whatever they are smoking.  Now, I don't really worry about it so much anymore since the stuff I buy in the bag serves my purpose.  And I would've paid $10 for that bundle.  I think you done good there.
