I cooked one yesterday and the high was only 33. I did mine in the garage to block the wind and it worked out great, so I don't think the temp is going to be a problem.

Here we go! Just got a brisket on the new equipment, first smoke on it. Only two mods I made were to flip the charcoal pan and extended the stack to the grate. So far, the temp is within 5 degrees from end to end. If this holds, I won't have to make any more mods. I think I need to work on...
