Electric ECB and getting the right amount of smoke
I just got an electric ECB and today i tried messing around with getting the temp and smoke right. I cant seem to get the right amount of smoke. I used hickery chuncks. I tried it with 30 min soaked chuncks and the amount of smoke seemed good until they start on fire. So i tired taking unsoaked...- lookwow

Ribs and 2-2-1
This might sounds like a stupid quesiton but what do people mean when they say 2-2-1 or other variations of that when smoking ribs? -
Cheap Plug and play PID
Anyone know where i can get a cheap PID. Like as far under 100 as you can get :) Just have an electric ECB and dont want to spend much money.- lookwow

Got my first smoker for chirstmas. Just and Electric ECB but couldn't justify spending much until i get better at it. Have not smoked anything yet but been reading the forums since i got it. All your food makes my mouth water and hope to start as soon as i pick up one of those wireless temp gages.
