I'm not sure what type of sauce you're looking for but I ate at Raising Canes once when I was in Louisiana and loved their sauce.
We make a version of Shawarma at our house over rice or salad and this is my go to sauce for it.

Not sure where you are from but in Canada we have a model called the Master Chef Grill Tourismo.
It's very similar to the Pit Boss 700 but a couple of hundred dollars less.
I bought one a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it.
My buddy at work bought one after hearing me rant...

Decided to try out the pellet grill for some homemade pizzas. It was too hot to cook in the house so figured what the heck.
