well the problem that i have is i have made a lot of butt for my work to surve tomorrow at a party we are havening well i just got a phone call saying can you get any more ........i got a 3 pound pork rost in the freezer ......can i put that in the crack pot and then over night then pull it good...
well i like leting people come up with there own reson for my screen name ........it seams like ever one knows what it means but ever one has a differnt reson for it lol so i just let people thin what they want to think
here it is all done i think i got about 45 pounds of meat ......started out wiht 60 pounds wet
well that is it its all cold now it took 33 hours but im all done now
well it is the next morning now and the meat was in the cooler for 8 hours and i pulled one of them so far and it was at 152 still in the middle .......wow .....
and richtee the hammer is a very impornt part of the smokeing tools along with duck tape ......fix any thing with that ......a car ....a smoker ......your house ....your lawn ...garden there is nothing you cant fix wiht thoses
If I put four of them in the cooler midnight-one they should still be warm at NINE in the morning and still pull good???????????????????????????????????

This is Mike's Wife and he is getting crabbie too
and i must add that the smoker is still going and it has been going since 4:30 this morning and all on one 20 pound propain tank and still going strong
